Sylhet 25K 2023 ; Terms & Conditions:
1. *Participant Eligibility:*
– Participants Age Limit: 25K: 16+ Years, 10K: 12+ Years & 3K- 6y To 11years.
– Participants should be physically fit and capable of completing the chosen marathon distance.
– Registration is non-transferable. Participants cannot sell or transfer their registration to another person.
2. *Registration:*
– Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
3. *Race Day:*
– Participants must arrive at the designated starting area well in advance of the race start time.
– Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
– Bib number must be worn at all times during the race.
4. *Safety:*
– Participants are responsible for their own safety during the event.
– Medical personnel will be available along the course, and participants should seek assistance if needed.
– The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to inclement weather or other safety concerns.
5. *Course Rules:*
– Participants must follow the designated course and stay on the marked path.
– Unauthorized pacing or support vehicles are not allowed on the course.
– Headphones are discouraged for safety reasons.
6. *Hydration Stations:*
– Hydration stations will be available along the course, providing water, Saline & medical assistance if necessary.
7. *Finish Line:*
– Participants must cross the finish line on foot to officially complete the race.
– Finisher medals and certificates will be provided to all finishers.
8. *Results and Awards:*
– Official results will be posted on the event website.
– Awards will be presented to the top finishers in various categories.
9. *Photography and Media:*
– Participants may be photographed or filmed during the event, and their images may be used for promotional purposes.
10. *Liability:*
– Participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in a marathon event.
– The event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.
11. *Changes and Cancelations :*
– The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including the course, date, or format. Registration fees may not be refunded.
12. *Code of Conduct:*
– Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsman like manner and show respect to fellow participants, volunteers, and organizers.
