Thank you for choosing to register for events managed by Run Bangladesh (RBAN) or its partner event organizers. Please carefully read our refund policy before completing your registration.

1. No Refunds Policy

• Registrations for all endurance events (marathons, running, cycling, and related activities) are non-refundable.
• Once a slot is purchased, it is considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Slots

• Event registration slots are non-transferable. Registrations cannot be reassigned, transferred, or sold to another participant.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the event organizer will communicate the next steps through their official communication channels or via email.
• No refunds will be provided in case of event postponement or rescheduling. Participants will be informed of the revised event date or any other applicable updates.
• In the rare case of event cancellation, the event organizer will make an announcement regarding any compensation or alternative solutions at their discretion.

4. Payment Disputes

• If there is an issue with your payment (e.g., duplicate transactions or payment errors), please contact our support team at info@runbangladesh.com within 2 days of completing your transaction.
• Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions will depend on the nature of the issue.

5. Merchandise Refund

Refunds for merchandise can be requested within 2-7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@runbangladesh.com with your order details. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this refund policy.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Run Bangladesh reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
