At this moment, the cost per seat (round trip) will be 3,800 BDT assuming we book Hyundai buses. Each bus has 27 seats.

If the bus turns out to be Volvo, the cost will increase by 300 BDT per seat. We will collect that later at the venue if needed.

Up Journey: 20th, 10:00 PM from Motijheel, Dhaka

Return: Night of the 22nd from Khagrachhari, (Checkout from Race Village: 4:45pm

Important Note for Plan 2 Travelers:

If you are returning on the 22nd, you must leave the venue strictly by 4:45 PM.

After that, we will not be able to allow anyone to leave the camp area for safety reasons.

If you have your own transport, you may move from the venue up to around 5 PM.
